Just done! Yep, been there but I can help! And I truly want to help you! Yes, I said YOU! Not your neighbor or that guy you see at the coffee shop who looks just as miserable as you do! You Just You! All About Me
Hi Again! I am Bridgette Blackthorne. I know that is not a name you have probably ever heard before and that's ok. Now that you have, its time to get to know one another. My parents gave me the first part of that name but I choose the last part. I had a life changing event and decided I needed a new book; not a new chapter: a new book! So here I am. After working 30 years in the medical field as a practice manager, I decided I had enough of those days we just talked about. I took what I liked to do most in those 30 years and started my own journey: Bookkeeping! I love the structure, the organization, the honesty, the puzzles and even the monotony of data entry. I love to see a startup business thrive and evolve from a one man shop to a multi-million dollar operation! I also love to help support people who are on their own journey.
So how can I help you? Well, how about you take your dog for a walk while I tackle those invoices that need to be paid or help you get the answer for your employee's questions about their payroll? I'll take some of the boring, frustrating or just eye-rolling items off your every day, weekly, biweekly, monthly, yearly to-do list. I will organize it, clean it up, maintain it and wrap a bow on it for you so when you meet with your accountant, you are ready and confident it is all there. Sorry I do not handle the taxes. Not my particular ball of fun!
What else is not included? Paying for space for me to work in your office, a full employee package such as salary, health insurance, bonuses, etc., a portion of overhead that I would generate, me grumbling to my co-workers and not producing as much as I could be.
What is included? Years of experience running a small business. Ok so the medical field does not cover every industry. I know but the rules are moslty the same. I can help you! I can! You also get a QBO Proadviser but more importantly a direct, honest, trustworthy person who wants to help you. However, my friend, this is a two way street. You also have to be honest with me and get the items I need or this partnership wan't work. You also save all that money you would have to shell out if I was your employee.
